4ply/fingering weight yarn
This SW Bluefaced Leicester yarn is almost as soft as Merino but has the benefit of being robust so it's suitable as a sock yarn without needing any Nylon. For socks, be sure to use 2mm - 2.25mm needles.
Gauge:
In the round 2.25mm - 37sts & 52 rows
Knitted Flat 2.5mm - 31sts & 47 row
This yarn has been superwash treated so it shouldn't shrink in the wash. HOWEVER, please treat this yarn and your finished items with care. I recommend you hand wash your finished projects in cool or lukewarm water and lay it flat to dry.
