This is the good stuff! If you want a non-superwash and nylon-free sock yarn, try this high twist Corriedale yarn. It's robust and surprisingly soft. Knit with a tight gauge using 2mm - 2.25mm needles for a strong pair of socks.

It's also a great yarn to use alongside your handspun yarn.

I recommend you hand wash your finished projects in cool or lukewarm water and lay them flat to dry. This is an untreated, non-superwash yarn and should not be placed in the washing machine or washed in hot water as it will felt.

You will receive one of the skeins pictured. These 'one of a kind batch' yarns are dyed in small, shallow pans of two skeins - they can be experiments, mishaps, or made with leftover dyes (like my 'Leftovers' spinning fibre), they may also appear again as a similar repeatable colourway. It usually means that I have no written recipe for the amounts of each dye I used.

These have been photographed indoors in my workshop. Colours may vary slightly under different lighting conditions. I have done my best to capture the colours as accurately as possible. Some colours are notoriously difficult to represent correctly on the screen - teals and blue/greens are the worst offenders with the results looking either blue or just green.

My yarn is dyed in tiny batches of two. If you'd like a custom order I'd be delighted to do that for you. You can contact me through this shop or you can message me on Instagram.
